Virtual visit via Telemedicine

Steps:

• Before your appointment, please call us to have a 'Card on File' for copay, coinsurance and other charges per our policies. We will email you a receipt when we run your card. 

• New patient must "Check in Online" at least a day before the appointment using OnPatient portal link sent to them separately. 

• A few minutes before your appointments, click on the Doxy link to start a virtual visit with your provider. No software install is required. It works best on Chrome and Firefox browser on your laptop or mobile device.  

• Please note that your appointment time is the time blocked on your provider's calendar. All other tasks (card on file, new patient check in, starting tele session, etc.) must be completed before that. This allows us to reduce wait time for all patients to serve them better.
