Telemedicine / Virtual Visit


Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are temporarily switching all appointments, except TMS and Spravato treatments, to virtual visits using HIPAA compliant Telemedicine platform.

To continue safely serving our patients, we will continue to provide virtual/telemedicine appointments whenever possible. We are monitoring the guidelines set out by insurance to make sure your appointment will be covered and will notify you with information on your appointment at least one week in advance.

Steps

  • Before your appointment, please call us to have a 'Card on File' for copay, coinsurance and other charges per our policies. We will email you a receipt when we run your card.

  • New patient must "Check in Online" at least a day before the appointment using OnPatient portal link sent to them separately.

  • A few minutes before your appointments, click on the link (below your provider's picture, labeled as 'Start a telemedicine call with') to start a virtual visit with your provider. No software install is required. It works best on Chrome and Firefox browser on your laptop or mobile device.

  • Please note that your appointment time is the time blocked on your provider's calendar. All other tasks (card on file, new patient check in, starting tele session, etc.) must be completed before that. This allows us to reduce wait time for all patients to serve them better.
