Shahla Ali, MD
Dr. Ali is a board-certified Psychiatrist with 11+ years of extensive experience in treating common Psychiatric conditions including ADHD, ADD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bi-polar and substance abuse. Dr. Ali graduated from the prestigious institute of Rawalpindi Medical College, Pakistan and finished her residency training at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Meharry Medical College, Nashville, TN. She has served as the Chief Resident and later as an adjunct faculty member at Meharry Medical College for 2 years. Jenny Haney, PMHNP
Jenny Haney is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with clinical experience in both In-patient and Out-patient care of adolescents and adults. In conjunction with your physician, she will evaluate, diagnose and treat a wide variety of psychiatric disorders including Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity, Major Depression, Bipolar, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and Substance Use Disorders. Jenny believes in a conservative approach to psychotropic medications in combination with her full scope of therapeutic skills to provide individual holistic care. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington where she received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing. In addition to being recognized as an Advanced Practice Nurse by the Texas Board of Nursing, she is also board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in her Psychiatric Specialty. Prior to completing her advance degree, Jenny worked at Parkland Hospital for more than 8 years and was nationally certified as a High-Risk Inpatient Obstetric Registered Nurse. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Texas Nurse Practitioners Association, and a Founding Member of the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of North Texas.
Tina Anibowei, PMHNP
Tina is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Masters of Science in Nursing degree at The University of Texas Arlington. Her specialty is psychiatric and mental health (PMHNP). She is board certified through the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC). She offers primary care services to the PMH population ages 12 and up. Tina is passionate about helping clients with mental illnesses become their best self and promoting mental health to include recovery-oriented principles, psychoeducation, reducing stigma, and mental health disparities. She has a special interest in adolescent MH issues and substance use disorder. She treats an array of MH disorders to include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, alcohol and opioid use disorders. She is DEA Waivered and certified to treat opioid use disorders.
Clients can expect to have their opinions valued, to participate in their treatment goals, and treated with dignity and respect.
Tina enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering to support the eradication and ending the disparity of HIV among women, and traveling.
Jaime Thompson, PMHNP
Jaime is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) specializing in the treatment of a wide variety of psychiatric disorders, including depression, ADHD, substance use disorders, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. She enjoys working with adolescent and adult clients. Jaime believes that a trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective treatment, and takes the time to get to know you as a person, not a constellation of symptoms.
She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington where she received both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing. Prior to completing her advance degree, Jaime worked in Women’s Health and as an OR nurse.
She is a a Founding Member of the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of North Texas.

Njideka (NJ) Domrufus, PMHNP
Njideka (NJ) Domrufus is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with years of clinical experience in treating psychiatric disorders and specializes in treating major depression, substance use disorders, eating disorders, mood disorder, anxiety disorder, OCD, PTSD and ADHD. NJ has full scope of therapeutic skills and she uses most innovative forms of treatments including psychotropic medications, individual therapy, CBT, DBT, brain mapping & Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). She works in conjunction with your physician to diagnose, treat and evaluate psychiatric disorders. NJ believes in working one to one with each patient to provide expert medical treatment, guidance and care tailored specifically for their health concerns. NJ completed her degree from South University, MSN program. She has served at various facilities including Texas Health Arlington memorial hospital, Behavioral health unit and JPS Health network.
Chris DuFour, MA, LPC
Chris is an experienced counseling professional whose focus is assisting his clients successfully navigate life’s challenges by developing a relationship of trust and providing practical, yet compassionate insight.
Chris works with clients to expand their level of personal awareness while emphasizing the importance of creating and putting into practice more effective thinking habits and behaviors in order to bring about positive change and bring them closer to the life they want. Chris enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life changes and has experience working with individuals in crisis.
Graduating from Louisiana College with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications and working in the financial services industry for 14 years as an investment advisor/financial planner, he saw the impact of competent counsel when combined with a supportive, trusting relationship. This motivated him to pursue his dream of becoming a therapist. He graduated with honors and obtained his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling form Northwestern State University in Natchitoches Louisiana.
Chris began his therapy career working in the Northwestern State University Counseling Center providing individual therapy to students in addition to working with adults, geriatric, adolescent and detox populations in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. Most recently, Chris worked as a therapist with an inpatient hospital here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area where he specialized in counseling groups, individuals, couples and families.
Chris is an avid music fan, guitar enthusiast and enjoys exploring the Dallas/Fort Worth music scene. He practices yoga, loves nature and the outdoors in addition to spending time with his girlfriend, family and friends.
